Home delivery delays

Our new home delivery service has been hugely popular - we are very pleased and grateful for everyone's custom ... but we are also overwhelmed.

We are sending email acknowledgments for all orders received ... but it might take a few days - so please give us some time before chasing us as otherwise it fills up our inbox even more.

It might then be up to two weeks before someone contacts you by phone to discuss your order and arrange payment, although we hope it will be much sooner. We then hope to deliver your order within seven days of this phone call.

It is still early in the season for summer bedding plants: if you do not see the patio/basket plant you want listed on the Summer patio plants page then please check back in a few weeks because we don't have it now.

Roses, trees, climbers and fruit bush pdf lists are definitive: if it is not on these lists, sorry, we don't have it. Please also check the herbs list, which covers virtually all the varieties we have at the moment. We do not have full lists of the shrubs, perennials and alpines we have so do please ask.

As our range changes so rapidly at this time of year we reserve the right to make close substitutions when necessary.
