Most of our apple trees are grown on the MM106 semi-dwarfing rootstock, which limits their height to around 10-13ft, with the plums grown on St Julian A meaning they are likely to reach an ultimate height of 14-18ft. Most of the specimens we sell are already at least 5ft tall. Most fruit trees require a pollinator - click to find out more.
To ensure a good upright habit the trees should be staked for the first few years. Container grown trees - such as we sell - can be planted at any time of year, except for when the soil is very wet or very dry .

Our range of ornamental trees can include Flowering Cherry (Prunus), Honey Locust (Gleditsia), Mountain Ash (Sorbus), Silver Birch (Betula), Willow (Salix), Hawthorn (Crataegus), Japanese Rowan (Sorbus), Maple (Acer) and Flowering Crab (Malus). As with the fruit trees, our specimens are a minimum of 4/5ft tall, and should be staked to begin with.
Delivery in the local area (Woodbridge/Ipswich/Felixstowe areas) may be possible for a small charge.
This list is by no means exhaustive – to see our full range you will have to come and visit us! Please also bear in mind that not all plants will be in stock at any one time – if there is a variety you particularly want, please phone or email to check beforehand.
