Order and reserve garden plants

Order online for home delivery to selected areas of Suffolk*.

***The nursery will be closed 20th December 2024 to 6th January 2025 and no orders will be processed in this time***

Brighten up your garden for winter, spring and summer by choosing seasonal flowers, easy-care evergreen shrubs, ornamental trees, fruit trees, fruit bushes, roses and more.

If the plants you want are not listed, add the Request Plants option to your basket and we will be in touch to confirm availability.
Messages and codes can be entered in the Message to Seller box which appears just before you commit to buy.

Please use the Message to Seller box to let us know any preferred place for us to leave your delivery.

If you are a member of the Flourish rewards club, points should be awarded automatically, as long as you are using the name and email address you registered with.

Delivery

Delivery is only available to the Suffolk towns & villages shown on the map below.

Minimum spend is £40, and delivery is free within zones 1 and 2.

We aim to deliver to zone 1 within one week, and to zone 2 within two weeks. Please note delivery is likely to take longer for pre-orders and reservations.

Deliveries to zone 3 will be subject to a delivery charge. If you live within a few miles of marked areas please contact us at [email protected] to see if delivery will be possible.

Due to Plant Health regulations we are unable to post bulbs and plants. Orders will be fulfilled using our own drivers and transport.

Any orders placed for outside the specified delivery area will be cancelled and monies refunded.

If no-one is home to accept delivery we will leave plants in front garden/front porch. If you would like them left elsewhere please specify in the Note to Seller box at checkout.

Collection

Orders can be collected free of charge from Katie’s Garden Plant Centre in Newbourne and Bridge Farm Plants in Monks Eleigh – please select option at the checkout.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect – to avoid disappointment please do not come before then.

We ask that orders are collected within 14 days of your confirmation email being sent. If this is not adhered to we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money, due to the perishable nature of the items.

Payment

We accept secure online payment.

If you have selected 'Request Plants' we will send you a separate invoice for any unlisted plants we are able to supply. As long as both portions of your order add up to at least £40 we will be able to deliver, free of charge.

Data privacy

We will not pass on your details to any other parties, and will only use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

The only data we have on you is the information you submit with your order.

Returns policy

Please contact us within 48 hours if you have a problem with your order so we can ascertain if replacement or refund is necessary. If this is the case we will pay any associated  costs.

Please note, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you do not have the automatic right to cancel orders for perishable goods such as flower bulbs & plants.
