You will be part of a team selecting plants from our extensive nursery range and preparing them for sale. You will make deliveries using our own vans and be responsible for utilising display space effectively and maintaining the quality of stock on sale. We work with community and charity shops to provide quality plants for sale on a commission basis. This is a core strand of our business with a commitment to support local charities and communities, and we are looking to offer an enhanced service in 2024. You will liaise with staff at the outlets, many of whom are volunteers, but you will not need to ‘sell’ and there is minimal paperwork. Additional time will be spent on the nursery on plant production tasks and helping in our retail plant centre. You'll be part of the friendly nursery team in a relaxed and social workplace. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in our outreach events such as the Great Garden Trail and the Suffolk Show.
