Orders can be collected free of charge from Katie’s Garden Plant Centre in Newbourne and Bridge Farm Plants in Monks Eleigh – select for delivery/collection choice at checkout.
Please note, online prices may differ from in-store prices due to differences in bulb sizes/grades.
We charge a flat rate of £3.99 for postage & packaging, regardless of the size of your bulb order.
Good will be hand-picked by our nursery staff, securely packaged and dispatched within 3 business days.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class with proof of posting. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for your package to arrive.
We will post to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
If ordering gift vouchers only, postage & packing charge is 99p.

We ask that orders are collected within 14 days of your confirmation email being sent.
We accept secure online payment through Paypal.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the service - simply select to pay as a Guest.
We regret we cannot reserve bulbs in-store without prior payment.
We will not pass on your details to any other parties, and will only use your details for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
The only data we have on you is the information you submit with your order.
Please contact us within 48 hours if you have a problem with your order so we can ascertain if replacement or refund is necessary. If this is the case we will pay any associated postage costs.
Please note, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you do not have the automatic right to cancel orders for perishable goods such as flower bulbs.
