Euonymus japonicus Green Spire is an excellent alternative to box hedging. Small round leaves year-round. Evergreen and suitable for topiary, requiring minimal clipping. In 2 or 3 litre size pots, were £9.99 each.
Buxus sempervirens (Common Box). In need of a foliage feed to return their green colouring but otherwise very healthy. In 3 litre pots, were £12.99 each
Suitable for sun or part shade. Can grow up to 1m height if required.
