Most of our fruit trees have been grown on rootstocks that will limit their ultimate size to make them more suitable for modern gardens.
Pixy is 'semi dwarfing' for a mature height of 10-12ft.
St Julian A is 'semi vigorous' for a mature height of 14-18ft.
Myrobalan is 'fully vigorous' for a mature height of 15-18ft.
It is likely there will be enough trees in your neighbourhood to pollinate one another, but if you are looking to plant two or more compatible varieties to increase yields:

Self-fertile means the tree should fruit without needing a pollinator partner.
Ensure planting holes are large enough that the root balls are not crammed in. Keep plants watered for the first year, particularly during hot, dry spells in summer. Keep the area around them free of weeds, grass and other plants.
