These apple trees have been grown on rootstocks that will limit their ultimate size to make them more suitable for modern gardens.
M26 rootstock is 'extremely dwarfing' giving mature heights of approx 4-6ft.
MM106 rootstock is 'semi-dwarfing' giving mature heights of approx 10-13ft.
It is highly likely there will be enough apple trees in your neighbourhood to pollinate one another, but if you are looking to plant two or more compatible varieties to increase yields take a look at this website:

Ensure planting holes are large enough that the root balls are not crammed in. Keep plants watered for the first year, particularly during hot, dry spells in summer. Keep the area around them free of weeds, grass and other plants.
